1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Youth Movement Kids Fitness website, mobile applications, or any of our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child enrolled in our programs. By registering a child, you represent that you have the legal authority to do so.
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Programs & Subscriptions
Youth Movement operates on a program-based enrollment model. Each program has defined start and end dates (e.g., Spring 2026: March 7 – May 30). By subscribing, you enter a binding commitment for the entire duration of that program.
Key terms you agree to when subscribing:
- Contract-based subscription: Your monthly subscription is a commitment that runs from your enrollment date through the program end date. Early cancellation is not permitted except as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
- Automatic billing: You authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis for the duration of the program. Your subscription will automatically end when the program concludes — no action is needed on your part.
- Fixed class schedule: Upon subscribing, you select a weekly class time. Your child is enrolled in that class for every remaining week of the program. Once booked, the class assignment cannot be changed.
- Use it or lose it: Attendance is the responsibility of the subscriber. Missed classes are not refunded, made up, or rescheduled. There are no credits for absences.
- Late enrollment: You can join anytime during an open program. Billing starts on your enrollment date at the full monthly rate and repeats monthly from that date. If the program ends before your next full billing cycle, you are only charged for the remaining days. Any classes that occurred before your enrollment date are not available and will not be refunded or made up.
- No mid-program changes: Plan changes, class swaps, and schedule modifications are not available once enrollment is confirmed.
Prices are listed on the subscription page and may change between programs with prior notice.
5. Registration & Enrollment
Each program has a registration window during which new sign-ups are accepted. Once the registration window closes (typically on the program start date), new enrollments are not accepted for that program.
Each child requires their own individual account. If you have multiple children, a separate account must be created for each child using the same parent email address.
6. Code of Conduct
All participants, parents, and guardians are expected to treat staff, coaches, and fellow families with respect. Youth Movement reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Physical fitness activities carry inherent risks. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Youth Movement Kids Fitness, its owners, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our programs, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Youth Movement Kids Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or initiate unauthorized chargebacks. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
