Building Kids Who Believe in Themselves

Preschool is when kids first push the limits of what they can do on their own. Our 4–6 program builds on foundational motor skills and shifts focus to independence, accuracy, and coordination — creating athletes and confident kids.

What Your Child Will Do

4 Year Olds

Creating confidence in their independence — transitioning to working without parents in the class and starting to believe in their own abilities. The start of teamwork. Coordination develops to perform movements at a quicker rate.

Activities & Focus Areas:

  • Getting comfortable being led by coach only
  • Accuracy in throwing, jumping to a spot, landing in an area
  • Speeding up moves they have already mastered
  • Bilateral coordination — opposing sides working together
  • Climbing alone, side to side, up and down
  • Correction of running form
  • Puzzles, addition/subtraction, and letter games
  • Introduction of small-scale competition
5–6 Year Olds

Creating a basis for lifelong strength. Building good habits with form for all movements. Introducing the most basic exercises and growing coordination to help with sports and activities. Introduction of winning and losing.

Activities & Focus Areas:

  • Traditional bodyweight exercises: pushups, sit-ups, planks
  • Developing a strong mind, will, and self-belief
  • Improving all athletic movements and doing them correctly
  • Passing, kicking, shooting, running, lateral moves, jumping
  • Climbing in all directions and for conditioning
  • Touchscreen games that challenge kids while incorporating physical movements
