Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: February 26, 2026
1. Subscription Commitment
When you subscribe to a Youth Movement Kids Fitness program, you are entering a binding commitment for the full duration of that program (e.g., a Spring program running March through May). Your subscription will automatically recur on a monthly basis until the program’s last session, at which point it will automatically cancel — no action is needed on your part.
This commitment ensures we can maintain consistent class sizes, coach staffing, and the quality of experience for all enrolled children.
2. How the Program Model Works
Understanding our program model is critical before subscribing:
- Fixed schedule: When you subscribe, you select a weekly class time. Your child is automatically enrolled in that same class for every remaining week of the program. The class assignment cannot be changed after booking.
- Use it or lose it: If your child misses a class for any reason (illness, vacation, scheduling conflict, etc.), that class is forfeited. There are no makeups, rescheduling, credits, or refunds for missed classes.
- Late enrollment: You can join anytime during an open program. Billing starts on your enrollment date at the full monthly rate and repeats monthly from that date. If the program ends before your next full billing cycle, you are only charged for the remaining days. Any classes that occurred before your enrollment are not available — they are not refunded, credited, or made up. For example, if the program runs March 7 through May 30 and you enroll on April 10, your first charge is the full monthly rate on April 10, your next charge is on May 10, and the final period (May 10–30) is prorated for the remaining days.
- No mid-program changes: Plan upgrades, downgrades, class swaps, and schedule modifications are not available once enrollment is confirmed.
- Automatic end: Your subscription automatically cancels after the program’s last session. You do not need to take any action to stop billing.
3. Cancellation Policy
Because subscriptions are program-duration commitments, early cancellation is generally not permitted. If you have an extenuating circumstance (family emergency, medical issue, relocation, etc.), you may request a review by contacting us at [email protected]. Include your name, the enrolled child’s name, and the reason for the request. All cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
Do not attempt to cancel by disputing charges with your bank or credit card company. Contact us first, and we will work with you to resolve any concerns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial-month refunds may be prorated at our discretion. Missed classes, regardless of reason, are not eligible for refund.
5. Chargebacks & Unauthorized Disputes
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting Youth Movement is a violation of these terms. If an unauthorized chargeback is filed:
- Your account and your child’s enrollment will be immediately suspended.
- You may be permanently banned from all Youth Movement programs and services.
- We reserve the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.
We strongly encourage you to reach out to us before taking any action with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and promptly.
6. Program Changes & Cancellation by Us
Youth Movement reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a program due to insufficient enrollment, staffing changes, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a program, affected subscribers will receive a full refund for any unused portion of their subscription.
