What does my child need for class?

Does a parent need to be present?

It depends on your child’s age. 2 year olds require a parent to participate in class. For 3 year olds, parent involvement is optional. For 4 year olds, parent participation is discouraged, but a parent must be present for the entire class. For ages 5–6 and 7–9, parents may drop off but must return by the end of class.

What about arrival and waiting?

Everyone must wait outside until the previous class has concluded. Each class has a 15-minute crossover period.

How do trial classes work?

A trial is a one-time class to try the program. You select a specific session and pay a one-time fee. Each child is limited to one trial.

How do subscriptions work?

When you subscribe, you commit to the full program duration (e.g., Spring: March–May). You pick a weekly class time, and your child is automatically enrolled for every remaining week. Billing recurs monthly and auto-cancels after the last session.

Can I cancel my subscription early?

Can I change my child’s class time mid-program?

Schedule changes are not allowed after enrollment confirmation.

What if I enroll late?

You can join anytime during an open program. Billing starts on your enrollment date at the full monthly rate and repeats monthly from that date. If the program ends before your next full billing cycle, you are only charged for the remaining days. Classes that occurred before your enrollment are not available.

What if my child misses a class?

There are no makeups, rescheduling, credits, or refunds for missed classes. If your child misses a class for any reason, that class is forfeited.
