Where Kids Become Leaders

Our 7–9 program puts kids in situations where exercise, teamwork, and a little pressure all come together. They learn real exercise knowledge, healthy habits, and how to win gracefully and lose with understanding — building blocks that carry into every part of life.

What Your Child Will Do

Ages 7–9

Put kids in situations to lead their peers. Age-specific problem solving, memory and pressure-packed games. Create a real exercise knowledge base, one that can be carried for a lifetime. Very basic nutrition and hydration habits. Exposure to winning and losing.

Activities & Focus Areas:

  • Introduction to very lightweight lifting with full focus on form
  • Squat, deadlift, press, and pull exercises
  • Group situations where exercise, teamwork, and pressure meet
  • Mentality focused on winning and achievement — and losing well
  • Basic nutrition and hydration habits through games and lessons
  • Everyone is welcome: athletes and non-athletes alike
