Sessions Grouped by Age
Your kid trains with kids their own age and stage. Programming is tuned to what each group needs most.
Mini Movers (6–18 mo)
Pre-walkers and new walkers. Sensory play, early movement, and parent-and-me bonding.
2 Year Olds
Balance, coordination, motor skills, and reflexes — through play that doesn't feel like training.
3–4 Year Olds
Bi-lateral movement, independence, and socialization. Building confidence one session at a time.
5–6 Year Olds
Foundational strength, basic exercises, and the athletic actions kids carry into every sport.
7–9 Year Olds
Leadership, competition, exercise habits — kids start owning their own progress.
10–12 Year Olds
Progressive strength, lifting technique, conditioning, and goal-setting. Real training, scaled right.
